About the Brothers

Adar (left): A law school graduate from USF, Adar decided that he didn't want to work as a corporate lawyer. Instead, he chose to join the small business sector and create an ethically conscious San Francisco brand that would serve the community. His vision was unconventional, but one that was immediately supported by his brother.

Saadi (right): Musician, cultural documentarian, artist turned chef/glacier. After years of being abroad, Saadi returned to the United States to start the family business with Adar. He is the executive chef, and his artwork and crafts can be found all over the shop.
