A cream cheese and sour cream ice cream base with fresh grated carrots, rum soaked raisins and spiced walnuts. We deconstruct the flavors of carrot cake to make a unique, gluten free carrot cake ice cream.
Light brown sugar ice cream with apple honey cake. During the Jewish New Year, it is customary to eat apples and honey to symbolically welcome in a sweet new year.
Sticky Rice with coconut milk and mango. We rolled it into a creamy, rich yet refreshing dairy free frozen dessert with decadent Thai coconut milk, fresh mango puree and homemade coconut sticky rice. (vegan)
