Adar: A law school graduate from USF, he decided he'd rather join the small business sector and create an ethically conscious San Francisco brand that could serve the community rather than work as a corporate lawyer. His vision was unconventional but immediately supported by his brother --
Saadi: Musician, cultural documentarian, artist turned chef/ glacier. Saadi returned to The United States from years of being abroad to start the family business with Adar. He is the executive chef and his art work and crafts can be found all over the shop.
Both wanted to establish a family business that provided its customers an amazing product, family-style customer service and a unique feel-good environment.
